A full yin yoga practice targeting the deep connective tissue of the body, it will open the body, promote flexibility, strength and refresh the mind. Includes centering with the breath; full instructional asana working with the breath and finishing with a relaxation. Includes some Hatha yoga poses to aid transition into a beautiful flow. All levels. You will need a block and/or cushions for support during this practice.
