A great way to clear these blocks is to simply ask divine energy for release. Meditate & ask the universe to help you release all the limiting beliefs. Stay open for signs from the universe. Universal lessons come in many forms. For example, maybe a relationship that brings up all your stuff so that you have an opportunity to heal. We have to trust these lessons, however hard, & see them as opportunities to clear space to start to invite what it is you desire.

We also need clear intentions. By focusing on what you desire & the steps to reach this goal. Actively making your goal happen. This may include changing lifestyle habits or/& social interactions, noticing the things around you pulling you towards your goal or the things pulling you away. This helps you both clarify your intentions & have your actions back up what it is you desire.

Understand how you want to feel when reaching your goal. When you are clear on this, you can begin to access that feeling. This makes the manifestation come into form. Spend time every day sitting in the feeling. Meditate or use visualisation to call on the feeling. Let the thought inform the feeling & let the feeling take over your energy.
