Yin yoga shapes & rebounds. Sometimes we do a number of shapes before a rebound, sometimes a rebound after every pose, sometimes long holds/rebounds & sometimes, shorter holds/rebounds. Every class is slightly different so you receive a feel for creativity within your practice.

YIN YOGA DEEP STRETCH CLASS – Inner thighs, Side, Spine, Spring, Wood, Liver, Gallbladder.

Enjoy the full energy of Spring, the corresponding element of Wood, & the Liver & Gallbladder Meridians in this 50 minute full class practice.
This is a deep stretch class with long holds opening deeply into the Inner thighs, Side of the body, Pelvis and Spine. You will increase flexibility, joint mobility and tone the skin, whilst bringing balance to both body and mind. Finishing the class you will feel refreshed and revitalized.
