The training offers essential teaching tools & opportunities for you to practice teaching. We explore all main contra-indications & safe adjusting practices so you feel competent to effectively work with a wide range of varying students.
Reflection allows us to pause, untangle our choices & experiences, & can begin to create meaning. This meaning becomes learning, which can inform our future mindset & actions, taking our practice off the mat. Seasonal Yin Yoga Self-care is a personal Yin Yoga with Chinese Medicine principles tool-kit for each elemental season. You will learn everything related to staying physically healthy, including understanding your organ health & how it connects to your physical & emotional well-being, the related Meridians, a collection of all the Yin Yoga asana we can incorporate, in addition to full 90-minute practices & additional meditations.
There are healthy season nutrition/recipes, crystal healing, practical lifestyle suggestions & how we can better manage the associated, often difficult, emotions.
Each course offers you time to do a personal ‘check in’, & reflect on how you are taking care of yourself during natures cycles. Whilst offering all the practical guidance in how you can bring back a sense of inner balance
