A Transformative week of Reflective Learning

yin yoga bali

A Yin Yoga Bali Teacher Training, where you will learn all the practice fundamentals in one week. Combining the Yin yoga physical ethos while embracing Chinese Medicine principles.

The course will teach you how to apply fundamental concepts to yourself through daily lectures that explore core Chinese philosophy & meridian theories. You will understand how these relate to our internal organ system, six sensory organs, & emotional/mental well-being.

High importance has also been placed on anatomy, including the Fascia system, all the main muscle groups, skeletal segments, & essential functional yoga anatomy, including an analysis of your own body anatomical structure, & how to apply this theory to Yin yoga asana archetypes.

We then provide the space for the physical application of all these concepts with the twice-daily practices. Within which, you explore completely different Yin yoga asana & associated techniques in each & every class.

The morning classes consist of Traditional Yin yoga, pranayama & meditation. The evening practices are Meridian focused with Tapping, Myofascial massage, Myoyin & Acuyin techniques.

A daily pranayama & meditation progression program has been integrated into our program to deepen your awareness of the benefits of including traditional yoga techniques with the Yin yoga style.

Essential teaching skills are also covered & include how to construct effective lesson planning with examples.

Our focus will be on guidance & nurturing to enrich all your senses, allowing you to feel the sensory & energetic experience of movement, & teaching you how to tune in to & respond to your own body appropriately.

By the end of this Yin yoga Bali training, you will receive a solid foundation for understanding & experiencing Yin yoga.

What Students Say

Immersed in the magic of Yin & Lembongan
Such an amazing training, it completely exceeded my expectations! The trainer Claire Green was very knowledgeable & experienced. It was clear that Claire has developed a deep understanding of how yin yoga can be combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine & myofascia release to bring deep healing to the body, mind, & soul. If you are considering this training be prepared to have an experiential journey of personal healing & reflection as you immerse yourself in both the theory & practical classes delivered in this course.
We were blessed to start each day with a yoga class run by Thia. She had such a loving & empowering presence, & shared with us vinyasa, yin, pranayama, & kirtan; a beautiful blend for our morning practice. The studio feels peaceful & is nestled between local Balinese residences & businesses. With such a relaxed & peaceful vibe, it’s hard not to get lost in the magic of Lembongan. Gorgeous beaches, friendly people, sacred traditions.
Booking for the trip was seamless all information was clear & I was well prepared. I booked accommodation as part of my course & stayed just next door to the studio in a guest house – very convenient! Yoga Dunia provided very helpful advice on boat bookings to the island & everything went smoothly. I’m so satisfied with my experience, I will be back again!
Carolyn S.

I recently completed my yin yoga teacher training course with Claire. Claire is a fantastic teacher: very professional but always maintains a sense of fun. Claire demonstrated very thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of yin yoga. In just a week she was able to help me listen to my own body and intuitively respond to what my body needs in yin yoga shapes more so than any other yin yoga teacher has before. As I am someone who is already naturally quite flexible, a lot of yin yoga teachers “give up” on me as they find it difficult to offer variations – but Claire offered me guidance that helped me get deeper into my body. Claire is also very affable and supported team bonding – by the end of the week, all of us attending the yin yoga training group were good friends. I was really happy with my experience – well worth the time and money.

Jess Williams

I completed my Yin Yoga training with Claire on Gilli Air. The experience was amazing. We deleted deep into the practice of Yin and Yang and covered everything form sequencing to philosophy. I got so much from the training on a personal level. Having always had a lot of Yang energy this gave me a deep feeling of balance and how to create this for others. I really fell in love with Yin and the deeper work it does on a physical and emotional level. I would Highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to teach yin or go deeper into the practice. Claire is wonderful, compassionate and so knowledgeable.

Emma Kavanagh

Extraordinary knowledge in Yin Yoga. My Teacher Claire Green is amazing she really changed me into positive pathway in reaching my future goal. Thank you so much for everything and love you always, Namaste

Peter Yip

I had the most amazing time learning from Claire in the yin yoga teacher training. She has a great knowledge of yoga in general and especially in yin yoga. She has a great way to provide her knowledge and to bring the theory into practice. I even learned a lot of things to integrate into my yang hours and personal practice. Out of the many ttc I have already done, I probably enjoyed this one the most. I would def come back to Claire if I want to deepen my yin knowledge and teachings.

Diana Pieper

I had an amazing week of Yin yoga training from Claire. She is not just only a knowledgeable and experienced teacher, but also a caring and compassionate life mentor. As English isn’t my mother language plus this is my first yoga training, at the beginning, I was kind of scared of getting to understand on all the lessons. However, her consistent encouragement and passion truly inspired me. The knowledge I’ve learned from this training is more than I expected. Now I feel more confident to practice Yin on my own with an awareness of what’s for me. Thanks, Claire for sharing all those amazing moments with me. We will def see each other again for my 200 hrs training.
