Yin yoga shapes & rebounds. Sometimes we do a number of shapes before a rebound, sometimes a rebound after every pose, sometimes long holds/rebounds & sometimes, shorter holds/rebounds. Every class is slightly different so you receive a feel for creativity within your practice.

This 1-hour Yin Yoga Deep Stretch practice to increase flexibility & joint health in the Hips, Inner Thighs & Shoulders, & release in particular emotions associated with anger & sadness whilst stimulating into the Lungs & Liver meridians in particular.

Why these two meridians? It is quite normal to feel a number of emotions at the same time. Anger & sadness have a tendency of co-existing & can feed into each other. The liver meridian assures the flow of chi & blood. It has an internal branch that comes from the liver organ that connects with the lungs. It is the lungs job to regulate our chi throughout the body. The energy from the lungs forms a direct bridge between body & mind.
