A full hour Yin yoga with Myofascia release class themed to the Metal element & Season of Autumn. Stimulating the Lung & Large Intestine meridians, & a deep stretch to the Shoulders, Chest, Arms, & upper body.

This 1-hour Yin Yoga Deep Stretch will not only increase flexibility in the Shoulders, Chest, Arms, & upper body. but also release excess emotion & negativity we can store inside both body & mind particularly emotions associated with sadness & grief. 

Variations are given & explained, with demonstrations. Suitable for all levels of experience & body shape from beginners to advanced. Have your bolsters, cushions/pillows/blocks ready. If you wish to complete the Myofascia release have one tennis or massage ball ready. The particular pose can be performed without also so do not worry if you don’t have one handy, just perform in exactly the same but without the use of the ball.
