What you can expect in my classes –

Sometimes we do a number of shapes before a rebound, sometimes a rebound after every pose, sometimes long holds/rebounds & sometimes, shorter holds/rebounds. Every class is slightly different so you receive a feel for creativity within your practice.

A 1-hour Yin Yoga Deep Stretch Long Silences Class to increase flexibility in the whole Spine, releasing a tight back & general stiffness, as we work through all 4 functional movements – backbend, forward bend, side bend and twist.

Variations are given & explained, with demonstrations. Suitable for all levels of experience & body shapes from beginners to advanced.

You will increase flexibility & joint health in the Shoulders, Chest & Spine. When we target in particular your Shoulders, Chest & Spine you will also stimulate into the Lungs & Large Intestine meridians releasing conscious or subconscious sadness based emotions we can hold onto whilst working with the body.

You will not only increase flexibility & joint health in the Hip Flexors, Spine, Chest, Upper back & Shoulders as we work up to the Camel pose, but we will also release excess emotion & negativity we can store inside both body & mind. When we target in particular your Hip Flexors, Spine, Chest, Upper back & Shoulders you will stimulate into the Heart, Stomach & Lung meridians releasing conscious or subconscious resentment, worry & stress emotions we can hold onto whilst working with the body.
