Practices for Kapha focus on cultivating grounding without heaviness, gently encouraging lightness, mobility, and a healthy, balanced flow of emotions.

DAY TWO
Pitta — Fire
Pitta is governed by the fire element and relates to transformation, intensity, and discernment. Practices on Day 2 focus on cooling and balancing excess heat while cultivating heart-centred awareness, emotional clarity, and a more sustainable relationship with effort and ambition.

DAY THREE
Vata – Air and Space

Romi Ochwani was born in India and is now based in Bali, bringing a rare blend of humility, presence, and depth to his teaching. A certified yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda teacher with over 500 hours of advanced training, Romi has spent years guiding students across India, Australia, and Brazil, sharing the wisdom of breath, movement, and Ayurvedic living as pathways back to balance and inner steadiness.
Rooted in yogic tradition yet attuned to the language of modern science, his approach bridges ancient wisdom with a grounded understanding of the nervous system. Each session invites students to explore not only how they move or breathe, but how they feel—learning to restore harmony through awareness, rhythm, and ritual.
Specialising in yogic breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and Ayurvedic philosophy, Romi’s work supports the natural balance between effort and ease, cultivating calm in the mind, vitality in the body, and steadiness in the heart. Our Open-Air Yoga Shala at The Yoga Garden Lembongan

The training takes place at The Yoga Garden Lembongan, an open-air yoga shala surrounded by nature and designed to support presence, ease, and embodied learning. With fresh ocean air, natural light, and a calm island rhythm, the space offers an ideal environment for deep practice, reflection, and nervous system regulation throughout the immersion.
Your journey begins in Sanur, where you’ll depart from Sanur Harbour for a fast and scenic boat crossing to Nusa Lembongan. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes, offering an easy and relaxed transition from mainland Bali to island life. Upon arrival, local taxi services are readily available, bringing you directly to The Yoga Garden Lembongan within minutes.

Booking Information
- Participation in the training is subject to approval, and we reserve the right to refuse any application at our discretion.
- All trainees are required to hold valid travel and medical insurance for the full duration of the training.
- By enrolling in the course, you agree to commit fully to the training process with an open heart, a willingness to learn, and respect for the shared teacher training space and group dynamic.
Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of USD 99 is required to secure your place in the training.
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the training start date will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date are not eligible for a refund.
- In the unlikely event that Akira Yoga cancels the training, a full refund of all payments made will be issued, including the non-refundable deposit.
- If a participant is asked to leave the training for any reason, no refunds will be given.
